The pressing global climate crisis calls for increased awareness about the issues surrounding our environment. However, the complex nature of climate data often makes the information seem overwhelming, distant, and detached from our senses and emotions. 

Climate data can be tangible and accessible through collective multisensory experiences. Using confection, we can expand the vocabulary of conveying data via taste, smell, texture and touch, engages public interaction and togetherness, and fosters deeper empathy and awareness about climate topics.
